Whole-Home Remodeling

A better version of the house you already have.

When the layout doesn't fit your family anymore, or everything just feels dated, a remodel can fix it. We handle the whole job: design coordination, structural changes, and all the finish work.

Overview

Remodeling a lived-in house

Remodeling is different from building new. You don't know what's inside a wall until you open it, older houses have their quirks, and usually the family is still living there. So we plan carefully, protect the rest of the house, and check with you before making any call that affects cost or schedule.

We hold a remodel to the same standard as a new custom home.

Local Expertise

Remodeling Valley homes

  • A lot of Northwest Valley homes went up between the '70s and the 2000s. We know how they were built and what tends to be hiding in the walls.

  • In Sun City, Sun City West, and other HOA communities, we work within the community's rules and approval process.

  • Better windows and lighting pay for themselves faster over a long Arizona cooling season.

How It Works

How a project goes

Every job follows the same five steps, so you know what's coming next and what it costs.

More on Our Process
  1. 01

    Consultation

We meet at your house or lot, hear what you have in mind, and talk through scope, budget, and timing.

  2. 02

    Proposal & Planning

You get a written proposal. Then we work out the design details, selections, and schedule together.

  3. 03

    Permits & Prep

We take care of permits, HOA approval, and ordering materials, so work can start on time.

  4. 04

    Construction

We build it. You get regular updates, a clean job site, and no surprise charges.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough & Warranty

We walk through the finished job with you, fix anything on the punch list, and stand behind the work.

Common questions

Can you remove a wall to open up my floor plan?

Often, yes. If it's load-bearing, we'll have a beam engineered and pull the permits. We also check for plumbing, wiring, and ductwork in the wall before we give you a firm price.

What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?

We stop and show you. We'll explain your options, and if it changes the price, you'll get that in writing before we go any further.
