The people behind the name
Providence Estate Builders is a family-owned general contractor in Arizona's Northwest Valley, owned and operated by Jacob Felan and Steven Courchaine.
Our Name
Why “Providence”?
Providence means looking ahead and providing for what's coming.
That's how we try to build. Families are trusting us with the house they'll raise their kids in, and maybe grow old in, and we don't take that lightly. So we build for the long haul, using materials and methods that will still be holding up decades from now.
It's the idea behind our tagline, too. Every project starts with a family putting their faith in us. Our job is to build something worth that trust, designed to last for generations.

Jacob Felan and Steven Courchaine own and run Providence together. Jacob holds its Arizona contractor's license.
Hiring Providence means working with the owners directly. They're your contacts from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. They answer your questions, walk the job site, and hold every sub to the standard they'd expect in their own homes.

You get an itemized proposal, so you can see where the money goes. If something changes, we price it in writing before we do the work.
You talk to the owners
When you have a question, you get an answer from Jacob or Steven, the people responsible for your project.
Regular updates
We keep you posted on progress, the schedule, and anything we need you to decide. You shouldn't have to chase us down for news.

We protect your floors, clean up at the end of the day, and treat your property the way we'd want ours treated.
