Building a custom home with us
For most families, a custom home is the biggest thing they'll ever build. We work with you, your architect or designer, and our subcontractors to turn the plans into a house that's built well where it counts: the foundation, the framing, the roof, and everything else that ends up behind the drywall.
If you already have plans, we'll go through them, give you an itemized price, and build what's drawn. If you're still at the idea stage, we can recommend designers and help keep the design in line with your budget as it comes together.

We build it. You get regular updates, a clean job site, and no surprise charges.

We walk through the finished job with you, fix anything on the punch list, and stand behind the work.

Common questions
Can you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. Before we talk numbers, we'll look at access, utilities, slope, soil, and any HOA or zoning rules that apply to the lot.
Do I need my own architect?
Not necessarily. If you have one, great, we'll build from their plans. If not, we can recommend designers and stay involved during design so the plans don't outgrow the budget.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the house. Design and permitting usually take a few months, and construction typically runs 10 to 14 months depending on size and complexity. You'll get a schedule from us before we start, and we'll keep it updated.
