Primary suite or the kids' bathroom, we build it with good materials and real waterproofing, so it still looks good years from now.

Arizona is hard on roofs. Between the sun, the heat, and monsoon storms, they wear out faster here than in most places. We repair and replace residential roofs with that in mind.
