Bathroom Remodeling

Done right behind the tile.

Primary suite or the kids' bathroom, we build it with good materials and real waterproofing, so it still looks good years from now.

Overview

Small room, lots going on

A bathroom packs a lot into a small space: plumbing, ventilation, waterproofing, and tile that all have to be installed correctly. Most bathroom problems start with the parts you can't see, so that's where we're the most careful.

We also plan for getting older. Curbless showers, blocking in the walls for future grab bars, and comfort-height fixtures look good now and make the room safer later.

  • Fixtures and finishes that don't show hard-water spots as badly.

  • Exhaust fans sized to handle humidity during monsoon season.

  • Step-free, accessible layouts, which make a lot of sense in the Valley's active-adult communities.

Common questions

Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes. It's one of the most common bathroom upgrades around here. We handle the plumbing, waterproofing, tile, and glass, and we can make it curbless so there's no step to trip over.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Usually 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the scope, the tile work, and how long fixtures and glass take to come in.
