We build homes the way we'd want ours built.
A lot of life happens in a house, and you'll be living with our work for a long time. So we build every project like our own family is moving in.
Providence is owned and operated by Jacob Felan and Steven Courchaine. The approach is pretty old-fashioned: show up when we say we will, be straight with you about cost and schedule, and do the work right, including the parts nobody will ever see.

How a project works
There are five steps. At each one, you'll know what's happening and what it costs.

Consultation
We meet at your house or lot, hear what you have in mind, and talk through scope, budget, and timing.

Proposal & Planning
You get a written proposal. Then we work out the design details, selections, and schedule together.
- 03
Permits & Prep
We take care of permits, HOA approval, and ordering materials, so work can start on time.
- 04
Construction
We build it. You get regular updates, a clean job site, and no surprise charges.
- 05
Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk through the finished job with you, fix anything on the punch list, and stand behind the work.

Are you licensed in Arizona?
Yes. We're licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #367364), and we're bonded and insured. You can look up our license on the ROC website.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We'll come out, look at the space, talk about what you want, and send you a written estimate. It's free, and you're under no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Northwest Valley (Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Sun City, and nearby) and work throughout the Phoenix area. For custom homes and bigger projects, we'll build anywhere in Arizona.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and put together the HOA submittal, so you don't have to deal with the paperwork.
What size projects do you take on?
Anything from a roof repair or a single bathroom up to a new custom home. If it's residential, we're happy to talk about it.
